Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using JoinIf, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
JoinIf is operated by Orion Capital Group, LLC.
SMS messaging & consent
JoinIf sends SMS messages for two purposes:
- Verification codes (OTP) — to verify your phone number during account registration
- Invite messages — sent when an existing user invites you to join the app
During account registration in the JoinIf app, you enter your mobile phone number and tap "Send verification code". By tapping this button, you explicitly consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code from JoinIf at the number provided.
For invite messages, you receive an SMS only after an existing JoinIf user selects your number from their contacts and taps "Invite" within the app.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS from JoinIf to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at support@joinif.app.
Acceptable use
- You must be 13 years of age or older to use JoinIf
- You may not use JoinIf for any unlawful purpose
- You may not impersonate others or provide false information
- You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. JoinIf is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data.
Limitation of liability
JoinIf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Orion Capital Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of JoinIf after changes means you accept the updated terms.
